Please park in the DRIVEWAY, instead of on the street, my neighbours can become a bit annoyed, thanks for your cooperation. If your are booking in for a facial or massage and facial combo, please be aware that i can not bill your insurance or medical benefits for the Facial only for the massage. 1) Do Not attend appointments if you are sick or exhibiting any cold or flu-like, covid-19 symptoms OR if you have been in contact with or taking care of anyone who is exhibiting these symptoms 2) please arrive right before your treatment to avoid overlap of clients in treatment space. Please respect distancing measures when possible. 3) as of July 01, face masks are no longer mandatory, so it is optional upon entering the clinic there is hand sanitizer that’s provided or wash your hands in the washroom, if you would like.

4) you will be emailed a Covid-19 self-assessment questionnaire as a pre-screening please fill out prior to your appointment. please check out BC SELF ASSESSMENT TOOL, online one day prior and If you are prompted to call 811 please do so.

Cancel your appointment :

• If you or anyone you live with is sick ( including mild symptoms)
• If you or someone you live with has tested positive for Covid-19
• If you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days
